FAQ's

How do I schedule my classes?

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. All classes must be booked by scheduling online on the website, using the “Pilates Just Plane Works” App or by giving us a call or sending an email and we will schedule it for you. You can download the app on your mobile phone or on your tablet. It’s quick and easy once you get the hang of it! We are more than happy to assist you if you need help setting it up.

When should I book my classes?

The PJPW app makes it easy to schedule your classes anytime day or night. Do your best to plan ahead and keep in mind that in order for a class to run, there must be a minimum of three registered clients signed in.

If at 10:00pm the night before, for a morning class, and by noon the day of for all late afternoon/evening classes, there aren’t the minimum numbers we cancel the class and you will be notified. You will not be charged for the class. This doesn’t mean you can’t sign in after these times.

What if I have to cancel my class?

When clients are a no show or don’t cancel from their class, often other PJPW clients miss out if not enough notice is given. You can freely cancel, without charge as an “early cancel” up to 9 hours before the class start time. If you cancel less than 9 hours prior to the class start time, you will be a “late cancel” and charged the full fee for that class. Please do so automatically on your mobile device using our PJPW app, online using the website, by emailing or calling the studio.

Cancellation for Privates and 2@Time?

When you book Private and 2@Time Appointments, your instructor sets that time aside especially for you. Please allow 24 hours notice if you have to cancel or regular charges will apply.

Should I put my name on the waitlist?

Class size is limited and once a class is full, you can add your name to join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified via text and/or email so you can confirm if you would like the newly available spot.

How often should I come?

The more you come, the better you’ll feel and the faster you will see results. To get the best results, we recommend you come 2 -3 times per week and encourage you to do all types of classes to keep your body diversified and your mind challenged. Coming regularly creates routine and consistency as well as establishes the mind/body connections.

What should I wear?

Four beautiful, private changerooms are available to use if coming to or from work. Wear stretchy clothes that are comfortable to move in. This allows our attentive instructors to make corrections as they can see alignment and movement patterns. You don’t need shoes but for hygiene reasons wearing socks is required upon entering the studio. Socks with grips are preferred for safety reasons. We have two types of grip socks available to purchase but don’t worry as there is always a basket of clean loaner socks if you forget.

What if I’m running late?

If you are running late, please come anyway and just slip into class. Doing some Pilates is better than not doing any!
